Assignment 2A- BUG LIST

1. The alarm going off on a phone
   Why it Exists: Alarm are meant to awaken someone from sleep, so it would need to be loud and annoying. So the sudden sound of an alarm will usually wake up from it.
2. My room being colder then the rest of my apartment
   Why it Exists: Poor installation around room compared to the rest of the apartment. Another possible reason could be that the room is on the second floor.
3. The cold weather in the city of Gainesville, Fl
   Why it Exists: The northern part of the Florida is colder than the southern part. 
4. Having problem connecting to a school's Wi-fi
   Why it Exists: There is a ton of students using the same Wi-fi connection, so connecting to the Wi-fi will be much more difficult.
5. The bus being packed at a certain time
   Why it Exists: There is a lot of people who use the same route as others and tend to use the bus at the same time due to the bus schedules
6. Walking up and down hills to get to class
   Why it Exists: The geography of the area has hills on it and the locations of the buildings are in different areas.
7. After inputting the security code in the door, but it still doesn't open
   Why it Exists: The system is short circuited and so it doesn't register the code that has been inputted.  
8. When the bus is packed and no one wants to make room for others to fit
   Why it Exists: There is a lot of people who need to get off at a stop that the bus route has and the people are more worried about themselves getting to their destination than other people.
9. People who walk slow on a sidewalk even when everyone else is walking fast
   Why it Exists: Some people are not in a rush like others, so they have no reason to walk faster.
10. Having to walk a long distance from the entrance of the apartment complex to get to my apartment
    Why it Exists: The layout of the apartment complex is designed that way, and the structure of each building being different could be the reason it was placed where it is now.
11. While sitting on a bench and someone walks closer to me than necessary
    Why it Exists: The sidewalk gets smaller when there is a bench built in it, and people rather walk on the sidewalk than in the grass. 
12. When auto-correct changes a word in a text
    Why it Exists: The phone's keyboard setting is set up to correct any word especially when the word is not saved in the keyboard's database.
13. Seeing dog feces by the sidewalk in apartment complexes
    Why it Exists: People may feel too lazy to actually pick up their dog's feces and so they leave it there. No one else wants to clean it up so stays there.
14. The lack of space in library to study for classes
    Why it Exists: Students may find the library a better place to study, so they go to it more often than studying somewhere else.
15. Having to text people instead of calling
    Why it Exists: People prefer the convenience of texting one another than calling the other person to have a chat.
16. If the crossing button is not pushed at SW 16th Ave & Shealy Dr., then the cross light doesn't change
    Why it Exists: The system is not wired to change the cross light because the Shealy Dr. is a small inner road and so when the stoplight changes there is less time for it.
17. Having to listen to a teacher ramble on instead of them teaching the material
    Why it Exists: Teacher tend to try using an outside story to help students with another example to understand the material better.
18. Accidentally brushing a limb against the cold metal bed frame
    Why it Exists: The exposed bed frame allows more stability for the mattress, and metal is easily affected by the temperature.  
19. The lack of buses on the road on the weekend
    Why it Exists: There is less people scheduled for the weekend so there less buses running on the routes.
20. Having to walking nearly hour to get to church, when it would only take 5-8 minutes by car
    Why it Exists: There is no path in the woods, so the only choice is to walk around the very large woods.

Reflection: The creation of the bug list was relatively easy because I tend to experience everything I wrote on the list on a daily basis. The hardest part was to explain why they exist, I never stop to think about why that certain bug exists. It was a challenge to think of what could have made it the way it is now. Although they will probably still bother me in the future, I feel like now I'll stop to about what I could do avoid it or stop it from bothering me again.
