Halfway Reflection
14A- HALFWAY REFLECTION
1) Tenaciousness is a competency. What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course?
- The behaviors I used to keep like surrounding myself with motivated students who get their work done on time. Another behavior is knowing it's required to do it so I can pass the class. Setting a schedule to keep up with assignments or at least know when they are due.
2) Tenaciousness is also about attitude. Talk about a moment or two when you felt like "giving up." What pulled you through? Do you feel like you've developed a tenacious attitude during the past two months? What experience or experiences most contributed to this?
- I always feel like giving up, but what pulls me through is my family and friends. Mainly my family who worked hard to get to where I am today. So I just do what I got to do to make them and myself proud.
3) Three tips. What are three tips you would offer next semester's student about (1) fostering the skills that support tenacity and (2) developing the 'tenacious mindset' ?

- Have someone who is there to motivates you in everything you do. Even at your lowest of lows and definitely at your best moments too.
- Even if its hard just do it because you know that it will help strengthen you in the future and it will have been worth it. Your tenacity got you this far so you might as well keep going and see how far you can.
- Set a schedule and stick to it because it will be really hard to do but it's the best skill to have.
