1) Describe five ways in which you think you have human capital that is truly unique.
- Idealistic- I tend to see things for what it is, but I'll still try to reach for perfection.
- Open-minded- I am open to ideas that can differ mine and I'm to work with other for a better plan.
- Passionate- When I believe in something, I will go all in until it becomes something percent
- Energetic- My energy helps fuel all my other traits to keep going
- Dedicated- When most people would have given up on a hard task, I will keep going until its finish.
2) Recorded Interviews

- This was my previous roommate when I live in a dorm, and due that it made us really close. Although she didn't have a lot to say about me but I noticed that she said a few things that were related a few traits I said earlier .

- My dad made some points about how I have a overall friendly attitude to everyone I meet. That I show passion in the things I do, and I use the experiences I learned from my environment to guide me.
- This is a best friend that I have known many years of my school life. So she sees the educational side of me more often than not and that entails my creativity and learning behavior.
- This is my older sister who always sees me when I'm driven and dedicated on something. Her main point was my creativity because she gets first hand experience of it.
- My mom talks about my dedication to certain tasks and how I like to keep things consistent. She also talks about how I have good people skills and I communicate well with other.
3) Reflection:
- I think after all of that, it shows that my family and family see me in two different spectrums as regard to how I interact with people. Both are true because my family is always there with me when I chose to speak out and they give me the confidence to stand out. The other times are with my friends who I know are there for me but they are not there all the time like my family. I think everyone was correct about me in their own way because I carry myself differently in every environment I'm in. I wouldn't make any corrections to make list because I feel like everyone I interviewed brushed on the things I listed.
Hey Gerielle,
ReplyDeleteI think it is pretty cool that you were able to identify the differences in how your family vs. your friends view you. I always find things like this interesting, because we do not really know how others view us, but it's heartwarming to see that they see the same positives that you see in yourself! It is definitely a good boost, I'm glad your perspective of yourself aligned positively with those who know you well.
